Box office

• Hours

  The Brighton Music Hall Box Office is open for ticket purchases from 12 PM to 6 PM, Monday through Friday. On show nights, the Box Office will remain open until approximately 15-30 mins after the headliner takes the stage. If traveling from out of town, please call the customer line at 617-562-8801 to verify hours.

• Will call

  All tickets sold for Brighton Music Hall are delivered digitally, unless otherwise denoted. Tickets sold in person will be delivered via telephone number or email address. Will call is available only on the night of the show. A valid photo I.D. is required for ticket pickup. Note: Artist will call is typically not available until around 1 hour prior to doors, but times vary per event.

• Accepted payment

  We accept Cash (American currency only), American Express, Discover, Visa, and Mastercard. Apple/Google/Samsung Pay is also accepted. We are unable to accept checks.

Parking

You may only purchase a $30 parking voucher for the parking lot located at 181 Brighton Ave if you also purchase a ticket for the corresponding nights show at Brighton Music Hall. A parking attendant will scan your digital parking voucher. You will not be admitted to the lot if you do not provide a valid voucher. You may park your vehicle in a spot at the far left side of the lot as directed by the parking attendant from 1 hour before the show until 1 hour after the Brighton Music Hall show ends or 2:30am, whichever comes first. YOUR VEHICLE IS SUBJECT TO TOWING OUTSIDE OF THESE TIMES. Neither Brighton Music Hall nor Hallston Realty Associates are responsible, and neither assumes liability for any loss or damage to your vehicle or items left in your vehicle, whether resulting from fire, theft or other cause. Tailgating is not permitted on the lot.

Accessibility

We have an area stage left set up for an unobstructed view. Patrons in need of this space should purchase a general admission ticket and contact the venue to make arrangements. Please contact us by calling 617-562-8800 or emailing [email protected]. Sign language interpreters and assistive listening devices must be requested in advance. Last-minute sign language interpreter requests are subject to interpreter availability. Service Animals are also allowed.

Good to know

Brighton Music Hall does not have a specific bag policy. ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO SEARCH. Re-entry is allowed with the appropriate stamp as smoking inside the club is strictly prohibited. See staff at the door before stepping outside. Guests, including law enforcement personnel not present in an official capacity, are prohibited from bringing weapons into the venue. Patrons under the age of 18 wishing to attend an 18+ show may do so as long as they are accompanied by a parent or guardian. All guests over the age of one year old require a ticket.
