WhoGoin.Join Early Access ↗

Privacy Policy

Last updated: September 7, 2026

This policy explains how WhoGoin handles information collected through this early access website. For questions or privacy requests, contact [email protected].

Information you provide

When you join the waitlist, we collect your email address and, if you choose to provide it, your city. We also record signup time, confirmation status, the page or button you used and campaign tags included in the link you visited. When you contact us as an organizer, we collect your name, company, email, optional website and message.

How we use it

We use waitlist details to confirm your email and send early access or launch updates. We use organizer enquiries to respond and discuss potential collaboration. Joining the waitlist does not create a public profile. We do not publish your email or sell your personal information.

Email and service providers

We use hosting, database and email services to operate this website. These providers process the information needed to deliver those services. Messages sent to our contact address may be forwarded to the team’s email inbox. Depending on the provider, information may be processed in another country.

Cookies, analytics and security

Where analytics are enabled, you can choose whether to allow them. Optional analytics do not load before you agree. They help us understand page visits and form usage; form contents are not included in analytics events. Your preference is stored in your browser and can be changed using “Analytics preferences” in the footer.

We temporarily store a cryptographic hash derived from your IP address to limit abuse, rather than storing the raw address in the signup database. Our hosting provider may retain standard access logs for security. We use browser session storage to remember which signup button you selected.

Retention and your choices

We keep waitlist information while preparing and operating the launch updates you requested, unless you unsubscribe or request deletion. Unconfirmed entries are removed after 30 days. Abuse-prevention counters are removed after two days. Organizer enquiries are kept as needed to respond and follow up; you can ask us to delete them.

You can unsubscribe using the link in our emails. You can also ask to access, correct or delete your information by emailing us. We may need to verify your email before acting on a request. Depending on where you live, additional privacy rights may apply.

Who this website is for

The early access website is intended for adults. Please do not submit information about children or sensitive personal information through our forms.

Changes

We may update this policy as WhoGoin develops. The date above identifies the current version.
