  Monday through Friday 12:00PM-5:00PM The Box Office opens 3 hours prior to event start time for weekend performances and is closed for holidays, unless there is an event taking place. The Box Office closes 15 minutes after the performance begins.

Accessibility

The Auditorium's main entrance, at 50 E Ida B Wells, requires patrons to navigate three steps to enter the lobby. An alternative accessible entrance is located just west of the main entrance, near the corner of Ida B. Wells Drive & Wabash Ave, allowing patrons to access the main floor of the theatre without the need to navigate any steps. This entrance is open at all times the theatre is open to the public and is staffed by a Customer Service Representative who will help patrons locate their seats. Service Animals: Yes. Elevators: An elevator is available that services all seating levels of the theatre. The elevator is available at the North end of each lobby. Parking: For patrons with special needs, The Auditorium recommends Loop Auto Parks, located 1/2 block south of the theatre at 524 S Wabash. This lot is a surface parking lot with easy access to the accessible entrance of the theatre. Miscellaneous Info: Patrons can obtain infrared, assistive listening devices from coat check, which is open seasonally. When coat check is closed, assistive listening devices can be obtained from Patron Services, located off of Aisle One (1) of the main floor. Assistive listening devices can be secured by leaving a photo ID and are free of charge.

Hours: The Box Office hours are- Monday through Friday: Noon To 5:00pm (or until the final performance of the day begins whichever is later). Saturday and Sunday: Open based on performance schedule. Please check The Auditorium's website for exact hours. Box Office closes immediately following the start of the final performance of the day.

Good to know

Smoking of any kind, including e-cigarettes and vaporizers, is strictly prohibited inside the theatre and within 25 feet of any entrances. Please turn off ALL electronic devices that may ring, beep, vibrate, or otherwise produce a sound that may disrupt performances. The use of video, photography, or any other recording devices is strictly prohibited during performances. All sales are final--no refunds or exchanges. All guests must have a ticket for entry, and in all instances, babies in arms are not permitted. It is the sole responsibility of the parent or guardian to research and judge the content of a performance as appropriate for their child's age and level of maturity. There is no official rating system for live performance.
