  It is recommended that Will Call tickets be picked up at least 30-45 minutes prior to the event at the Box Office. Customers must present the actual credit card, picture ID and the confirmation number.

• Accepted payment

  The Box Office accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and cash. Checks are accepted 2 weeks prior to event date. Box Office also accepts League of Chicago Theatres gift certificates (Play Money) .

Parking

There is an Valet Assisted attended lot next to theatre. The fee is $15 for most performances.

Accessibility

Wheelchair Accessible seating for 2 wheelchairs in front of Section 2 on the Main Stage of The Apollo Theater. There is no accessible seating in the Studio Space.
