  Citizens House of Blues box office opens 1 (one) hour prior to doors opening on show days and will close approximately 10-15 minutes after the headliner takes the stage.

  Will call opens at the box office 1 hour prior to door time. Customers must bring their valid photo ID, confirmation number, and credit card that was used for purchase to pick up tickets. Names on ID must match the credit card used. You may not pick up tickets for someone else.

Citizens House of Blues Boston is primarily a general admission, standing room only venue with seating on the 3rd floor. For guests with ADA accessible needs, purchase the appropriate number of wheelchair/mobility impaired/companion tickets required for your party. Please plan on arriving at House of Blues approximately 20 minutes before the door time to the main entrance at 15 Lansdowne St. Your party will be Accommodated in our ADA accessible area. Good to know

No bottles, cans, outside food or beverages (including alcohol), any item that can be used as a weapon. No dress code for concerts. Camera policy: personal cameras are allowed. Flash photography, video, and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. Bags must not exceed the maximum size of 12" x6" x12". All bags, regardless of size, are subject to search by security. Lighters are not allowed in the venue and there is absolutely NO SMOKING OR VAPING allowed per the city of Boston Ordinances. Any smoking or vaping will result in IMMEDIATE EJECTION from the event. Any medication must be accompanied by proof of prescription.
