  Box Office is open Thursdays 11:00 am to 5:00 pm September through May and Wednesdays 11:00 am to 5:00 pm June through August. On show days, 2 hours prior to door opening.

  Will call orders can be picked up at the Box Office. The original purchaser must bring their credit card and a valid form of identification in order to pick up any tickets. Will call tickets are only available for pick-up the day of the scheduled event,2 hours before doors.

Parking

Premier Parking closest to the building is $25 and the rest of the parking lots are $15. Credit/Debit or mobile pay only

Accessibility

ADA spots located in the lower mezzanine level and at the top of the mezzanine level. For General Admission on the floor we have an ADA area to accommodate. Registered trained guide, signal, or service animals assisting. Guests with disabilities are permitted inside Vibrant Music Hall. Vibrant Music Hall requires, consistent with the ADA, that service animals must be harnessed, leashed, or tethered, unless these devices interfere with the service animals work or the individuals disability prevents them from using these devices. Individuals who cannot use such devices must maintain control of the animal through voice, signal, or other effective methods. To better serve you, please contact our office at 515-895-4980 to arrange accommodations prior to the show. Upon venue arrival, please identify such animals to security and ticket takers.

All events are all ages unless otherwise specified. Children two and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent's lap. Please note that strollers are not permitted into the venue.
