  Our Box Office is open 10AM to 3PM Monday throughFriday; we open 3 hours before the show for phone orders and inquiries, and 90 minutes before each show for walk ups. Box Office closes 30 minutes after the show starts on event days.

Parking

Patrons should use the 5th Ave Parking Garage, State Street Parking Garage or any on street parking prior to an event, these parking options are free after 5pm on weekdays and over the weekend

Accessibility

We have an elevator that goes to the Parquet and Dress Circle. The Boxes, Balcony and Gallery are only accessible by stairs.
