Parking

The NC Music Factory has a parking lot located across the street from the venue just past the AvidXchange building. They may charge parking fees. These fees may vary and are NOT venue fees.

The Fillmore Charlotte is a general admission standing room venue. If you need accessible seating for one of our general admission events, please purchase best available general admission seating and you will be accommodated at the venue on the night of the show. If it is a reserved seated shows, there will be wheelchair accessible seats as well as sight/hearing accessible seats available on the ADA purchase page This is an accessible venue. Good to know

Bags up to 12" x 6" x 12" are allowed in the venue. All bags will be searched prior to entry. Bags that are not clear will be subject to additional search. No laser pointers, weapons, or animals except service animals. Smoking is NOT permitted. Camera Policy: Personal cameras are allowed in the venue. Flash photography, video and removable lens cameras are not permitted without venue approval. No re-entry allowed.

Unless otherwise noted, most shows are all ages. Age restricted shows will be notated under 'More Info' when purchasing tickets on LiveNation.com. All patrons regardless of age must have a ticket to enter the facility. 18+ or 21+ shows will require a valid ID.
