  The Box Office is only open on show days. The window will open 2 hours prior to door time. Doors open 1 hour prior to showtime. This is subject to change depending on the event organizer.

• Will call

  Will call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office when they open, 2 hours prior to door time. For will call pick up, you must present their valid government issued photo ID and confirmation number.

• Accepted payment

  The Echo Lounge & Music Hall is a cashless venue. The box office accepts: Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover. Contactless (tap) payment is accepted at the box office window.

Parking

Onsite self-parking and valet services are available. Self-parking lot is located at 1333 N Stemmons Fwy at the intersection of Inspiration Drive & N Stemmons Fwy.
