  Only open for events. Advance tickets will be available at the KELOLAND Box Office at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center Monday - Friday 10am to 5pm.

  Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Sioux Falls Arena 2 hours prior to the event. Customers must have a photo identification matching the name on tickets.

Customers needing special seating arrangements may purchase tickets online at Ticketmaster.com, by calling Ticketmaster at 1-800-745-3000, or by visiting the KELOLAND Box Office at the Denny Sanford PREMIER Center prior to the event.

Good to know

• Generally, non-professional still cameras are allowed, but policy may vary from show to show. No Audio/ Video Recorders, professional cameras or tripods. • Smoking is only allowed in designated smoking areas. • No outside food or beverage. • No Selfie Sticks are allowed. • No oversized bags, backpack, or duffel bags • Any other item deemed unacceptable by event/building management may be confiscate or customer may be asked to return item to vehicle.

• Children under 3 years of ages do not require a ticket with the exception of children’s shows and/or denoted by the promoter. Please contact the Sioux Falls Arena for information on a specific show. • Augustana Basketball - Children that have reached their 5th birthday require a ticket.
