  Hours...... Open daily 10am-10pm The box office is located inside ETC Gift Shop, which is located at the entrance to the south end of the property. Located on the left-hand side when entering through the south valet entrance or on the right-hand side if entering through the parking garage entrance. Tickets can be purchased at ETC Gift Shop (across from the Event Center) or through Ticketmaster by calling 800-745-3000 or online at ticketmaster.com.

• Will call

  Will Call is located just outside of the Event Center in the pre-function area. Will Call opens 3 hours prior to scheduled show time. Customer must present actual credit card, order number, and photo ID. *Can I leave tickets at Will Call for others? No. Will Call is exclusively for the pick-up of tickets purchased through Ticketmaster.
