  8:30 AM to 5:00 PM M-F throughout the year During the Tournament the ticket office on site is open 9am-9pm. Tickets purchased and being held at Will Call are available two hours prior to session start time.

• Will call

  The Will Call area is located in the ticket office at the NW entrance of the Center. Patrons may pick up tickets at Will Call with a valid photo ID beginning two hours prior to the session start time. Phone orders will be closed at 9pm the evening prior to morning/daytime sessions, and at 3pm for evening sessions.

Parking

There is ample parking provided free of charge located on site. Parking is a short walking distance from the gates.

Good to know

Cameras without flash are permitted. Recording devices are not permitted. Outside food and drink not permitted to be brought onto the grounds. Smoking is not permitted in any stadium, in the food court, or any designated non-smoking area of the facility Rain Policy - please refer to https://cincinnatiopen.com/rain

Children 12 months old and under do not need a ticket if they sit on a full price ticket holders lap. All children over age 12 months require a ticket.
