  Regular Hours: Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m. Closed Mondays and weekends Closed on University holidays and designated closure days Event Days: Hours vary by event. The Box Office generally opens 2 hours before the event and remains open until 1 hour after showtime.

  Tickets are mobile only, so Will Call is generally not available. If you experience an issue with your Ticketmaster order on the day of the event, the Box Office is located on the ground level of the west side of the Arena, facing Franklin Avenue. Accessibility

AAccessible seating availability varies depending on the event and production setup. Accessible seats are identified on the seating map with the wheelchair icon. Please review the seat description carefully, as this icon represents three different seating options: Wheelchair Accessible Seating: Includes a wheelchair space and one companion seat. Typically located in front of the elevated floor sections (Sections D through F) and in the WC Row between the lower and upper levels. Locations may vary by event. Accessible Seating for Guests Who Are Blind, Have Low Vision, Are Deaf, or Hard of Hearing: Locations vary by event. Generally located in the first row of Section C on the lower level. Limited Mobility Seating: Located at the top of the lower level (Row 17), near elevator access. Designed for easy entry and exit with only a few steps. Guests requiring seating with no barriers should select seats in the WC Row between the lower and upper levels and request a chair for the wheelchair space from an usher or Guest Services.

Are children allowed? Yes. For concerts, every guest must have a standard full-price ticket, regardless of age. For family shows, ticket requirements vary by event. In most cases: • Children ages 1 and older require a ticket. • Children under age 1 do not need a ticket, provided they do not occupy a seat and are accompanied by an adult.
