  Tickets held for Will Call may be picked up the day of the event, as early as 1 hour prior to show, at the front entrance of the Box Office. Customer must present credit card used for the purchase, photo I.D., and Ticketmaster account confirmation number.

  The Box Office accepts cash, Visa, MasterCard, AmericanExpress, Discover, and checks are accepted with proper I.D. 2 weeks prior to the performance.

Parking

Parking is located on site and there is no charge for regular parking. Valet parking is $12.00.

The Kravis Center is an accessible venue. Good to know

NO items are permitted inside the facility. All patrons require a ticket. A limited number of Children performances offer Lap seats for Children who have NOT celebrated their 1st birthday but guests should contact the Box Office to inquire if their performance offers them.

There are no age restrictions. Everyone must have a ticket to enter.
