• Hours

  Tickets can be purchased at Boyd Rewards, the players club Sunday-Thursday 8:30am-10:00pm & Friday-Saturday 8:30am-12:00am. The official Box Office typically opens one hour prior to doors open for ticketed events such as concerts.

  Will call tickets can only be picked up at the official box office during operating hours. Will Call tickets cannot be picked up at Boyd Rewards. The purchaser will be required to show a valid photo ID to claim tickets.

Parking

No parking pass required. Parking is free of charge. It is suggested to follow the "Event Center" signs to park in the lot nearest the event center entry doors.

Accessibility

Accessible seating can be purchased online or at the venue. To view accessible seating on Ticketmaster, make sure to turn on the accessible seating toggle switch.

Good to know

Clear bag policy is in affect for all concerts in the arena. For all events prohibited items include weapons, drugs, tobacco products, outside food and beverage, coolers, strollers, balloons, animals excluding service dogs, and any other items deemed inappropriate or dangerous by Kansas Star Arena. The use of cameras or recording devices is determined on an event-by-event basis. Please call 316-719-5000 if you have any questions.

Events that have age restrictions will be specified when purchasing event tickets. Children two years of age or younger are permitted inside the arena without a ticket provided they sit in a ticket holder lap, and so long as the child does not obstruct the view of other nearby patrons.
