  a. The Irving Plaza Box Office is only open on show nights. Please refer to our show calendar and come visit us when we open doors! You may purchase tickets at the box office for any of our upcoming shows (pending availability). Tickets can also be purchased online by visiting either Ticketmaster.com or LiveNation.com.

Parking

a. Since we are located in good ol' New York City, street parking comes on a first come, first serve basis. Please make sure to look for street signs, as they will give you more information on where you can park and if you need to pay for parking. There are also multiple parking garages nearby. Please make sure to check pricing and hours of operation if you decide to use one of these.

We do have an elevator that is accessible from the lobby when you enter the building that goes up to both the main floor (where the stage is) and the balcony. Once the e-care specialist does contact you, he or she will work with you to process and complete your request (subject, of course, to ticket availability).

a. Please make sure to check the specific event details of the show you plan to attend, as there are certain age restrictions in place on some of our shows. If there is a show that has an age restriction, you MUST bring a physical and valid form of ID to enter the venue. If you plan on drinking, same rules apply and of course, you must be 21+ to drink. Most of our shows at 16+ unless accompanied by legal guardian.
