  The Box Office is located on the 2nd floor of the casino and is open 5pm-8:30pm on show days only. Walk-up purchases can be made at Essentials Gift Shop located on the 1st Floor 9am-9pm daily. Phone orders can only be processed through Ticketmaster.

  All tickets purchased through Ticketmaster for Will call pickup can be picked up at the box office on the day of the show only after 5:00pm.

Parking

Valet parking is available on show nights for a nominal fee of $10. Cash and credit cards will be accepted for payment at time of arrival. Self-parking in our onsite parking garage is free.

Our guests safety and enjoyment are our primary goals. Guests entering Studio A must be prepared to have their bags and personal items inspected by a member of Security staff. Should you arrive with a restricted item in your possession, you will be asked to remove it from the property. IP Casino Resort & Spa reserves the right to refuse admission to anyone.
