Box office

• Hours

  The Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10 a.m. to 5 p.m., and Saturday and Sunday three hours before curtain performances nights. The Box Office is closed for all University holidays.

• Will call

  Will Call tickets can be picked up at the Box Office 48 hours after purchase or after 2:00 PM the day of the event if ordered within 48 hours of the event. Customers must present the actual credit card used for the order, a picture ID, and the confirmation number.

• Accepted payment

  The Box Office accepts cash, check, Visa, MasterCard, AMEX, Discover, and bursar billing for IU students.

Parking

Parking is available at a few parking lots and garages near the venue. Jordan Avenue Garage and the two Indiana Memorial Union lots are within walking distance. For many events, free parking and shuttles are available from Atwater and Poplars garages. In addition, there are a few handicap-accessible spaces are available near the Auditorium. Good to know

-Cameras and recording devices are not permitted. -Any event with a B-TYPE ticket is intended for Indiana University, Bloomington campus only. One IUB student ticket per valid IUB ID will be honored when presented at the event.

Everyone must have a ticket including infants.
