• Hours

  The Box Office is open for the public on sale of all events at the building as well as- Mon-Fri: 11:00am-3pm Sat-Sun: Open at 12:00 noon or two hours prior to the event start time on event days only. The Box Office will close at half time the last game of the day. The Box Office will close at intermission (or when the main act goes on stage for a concert). The Box Office is located on the Plaza Level at the west end of the building facing the Ohio River and Great American Ballpark. If entering at street level, take the elevator to the 4th floor.

  Will Call orders can be picked up on the night of the event only, after 5:00 pm or two hours prior to the event, unless special arrangements are made. Customers must have their order number, a picture ID, and the actual credit card used to place the order.

  The Box Office accepts cash, MasterCard, Visa, Discover, and American Express. NO CHECKS.

Parking

Plenty of parking is available in the East Garage, Central Riverfront Garage and surrounding lots. Event parking starts at $6.00. Accessible parking is available in the East Garage.

Accessibility

Heritage Bank Center is handicap accessible. Seating is available at the Box Office and through Ticketmaster.

Good to know

BAG POLICY Clear bags not exceeding 12x12x6 and clutches not exceeding 1x6x4 are permitted at Heritage Bank Center. Bags, purses, backpacks and totes that are not clear are not permitted. No flash cameras or professional attachments are ever permitted. Video/Audio recording devices are not permitted. No laser pointers, food, or beverages may be brought into the arena. Smoking is not permitted inside the arena, however designated smoking areas are provided.

There may be different age policies for certain events, however, children under age two generally do not need a ticket. Please refer to the specific event for age restrictions.
