  Daily box office operations are ran out of the Bloomington Center for the Performing Arts located at 600 N. East St. Bloomington, IL open Tuesday-Friday, 10am to 4pm or 2 hours prior to event start time at Grossinger Motors Arena located at 101 S. Madison St. Bloomington, IL.

There are three (3) main parking garages downtown Bloomington. * Lincoln Lot - On corner of US BUS 51 North/East Street and Front Street - 906 Available spaces * Market Lot - On corner of Center Street and Market Street - 550 Available spaces * Grossinger Motors Arena Lot - On corner of Olive and Lee Streets - 275 Available spaces

Hours: Tuesday through Friday: 10:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m. via City of Bloomington box office located at BCPA, 600 N. East St., Bloomington, IL.  City of Bloomington box office is closed for major municipal holidays. On Event Days:  Arena box office opens two hours prior to event.

Good to know

Bag Policy Each guest will be allowed to carry in one (1) clear plastic, vinyl, or PVC bag that does not exceed 12 in x 6 in x 12 in or one (1), one-gallon clear plastic bag. In addition to a clear plastic bag each guest will be allowed to carry in one (1) small clutch that does not exceed 4.5 in x 6.5 in. Diaper bags (with a child 3 and under) and bags carrying medically necessary items will be allowed after a visual inspection inside the bag is completed by security. Guests who have bags larger than this size will be asked to return them to their vehicle or discard them. All bags, purses or personal items of any size will be subject to search.

All patrons age 2 and over must have a ticket. **Age limit will vary by event on occasion.
