  The F&M Bank Arena Box Office is open on event days only; opening two hours prior to an event start. The box office is located just outside the entrance of F&M Bank Arena at the corner of First and Main Street.

• Will call

  Will Call is located just inside the First and Main Street Entrance at F&M Bank Arena. Tickets ordered through Ticketmaster, which are held at will call in your name, may be picked up on the day of the event by presenting your photo ID and credit card used to purchase.

• Accepted payment

  F&M Bank Arena is a cashless venue. Credit Cards accepted: Mastercard, American Express, Visa, & Discover

All children who have not reached their second birthday do not need a ticket for concerts and Austin Peay basketball games, but they must sit on the lap of the ticket holder. All children two years and older require a ticket to enter. This policy does not apply for some events. A show's individual event page will indicate the exceptions to the child ticket policy.
