• Hours

  The box office at the Toyota Oakdale Theatre is open on Tuesdays and Thursdays from 12:00PM-5:00PM as well as on show days 2 hours before doors open to the public.

• Will call

  If tickets or passes are left for you by a radio station or an artist, they will be left at Will Call. Those tickets will only be available for pick up when gates open, so please do not try to pick them up earlier. If your tickets or passes are not in Will Call you will need to contact the person who left them for you to determine where they are. The box office cannot contact radio stations or the tour for you. Please make sure you have a photo ID when you come to pick up tickets, the ID must match the name given to us on the will call guest list from the radio station/artist. Guests are not permitted to put tickets in Will Call for other guests to pick up.

• Accepted payment

  Toyota Oakdale Theatre is a cashless venue. The box office, main concession and merchandise stands take Visa / MasterCard / Discover / American Express and Contactless Payments. NO CHECKS OR SECOND PARTY CREDIT CARDS ARE ACCEPTED. A photo ID must be presented at the time of purchase and must match the name on the credit or debit card.

Parking

Premier Parking Lot Paid Premier Parking is located adjacent to the main entrance of the facility. Please have your pre-paid pass ready to be scanned or have a credit card ready to purchase when you arrive (while supplies last). Rockstar Parking Rockstar Parking is located in the front row directly in front of the main entrance. Please have your Rockstar parking pass ready to display and follow all instructions given by parking attendants. Overnight Parking There is no overnight parking permitted at the venue. Any unauthorized vehicles on site prior to an event or after an event could be towed at the owners expense. Most of our events are for all ages, please visit the specific event page on www.toyotaoakdaletheatre.com/shows for any age restrictions that may be in place. For most events children who are 2 years old and under do not require a ticket but must sit on a parent or guardians lap for the duration of the show. Venue management is not responsible for artistic content and therefore we ask that parents use discretion when deciding whether to purchase tickets for children.
