  The Box Office is open only on event days from 2:00PM to 30mins after scheduled event start time.

  Bring Photo ID, Credit Card, and Ticketmaster confirmation number. Note: The credit card holder must be present for ticket pick up. Will Call should be picked up at least 2 hours before show time on day of show to avoid delays. Please arrive early if you are picking up Will Call Tickets OR to avoid long lines, select SafeTix delivery, where your phone is your ticket. Dolby Live enforces a $25 Reprint Fee. Any re-prints for tickets not printed prior to arriving at the venue will incur a $25 Reprint Fee.

Good to know

No bags or backpacks will be permitted into the venue except for small personal bags or purses (12 x 12 x 6 max). No smoking, vaping or e-cigarettes permitted. Signs must be relevant to event. Signs may not contain or display obscene or offensive language and/or pictures as determined by venue management. Management reserves the right to prohibit or remove a sign or banner at any time. (1) One drink/beverage poured into a plastic container is allowed. No Outside Food Allowed.

Children ages 3 and older require a full-price ticket for entry. Any child younger than the age of 3 may enter without a ticket but must remain on the lap of the ticket holder. One lap child per ticketed Adult. Children under the age of 18 must be accompanied by an adult.
