Parking

Parking for guests attending all events at the Covelli Centre is available at the USA Federal Garages located at the corner of Federal Plaza East and Champion Street, one block north of the Covelli Centre. Each garage has a limited number of designated spaces to accommodate vehicles with the appropriate international handicap access symbol. These spaces are available on a first come, first served basis. Limited space (with 9'6" clearance) is available for vans in these garages.Other parking options include a variety of surface lots located within a five to ten minute walk of the Centre. Be advised that they do charge for parking and are in no way connected with or responsible to the Covelli Centre. Park there at your own risk.

Accessibility

As you enjoy a wide variety of sports and entertainment events at the Covelli Centre, it is our goal to make your visit with us a positive experience. Our staff is committed to upholding the expectations of all who attend our many events. You will find the Covelli Centre to be a user-friendly building. It is accessible and provides a safe and comfortable environment. Our Guest Services Staff are trained to provide service excellence with an understanding of how to accommodate any guest's special needs. The Covelli Centre is designed to be an "arena for everyone." The following will give you helpful information of policies, procedures and amenities offered to make your visits to us memorable and enjoyable. For information or assistance, Guest Services is located at the main entrance across from Section 201 and can be reached at anytime by calling 330-746-5600 - ext. 5192 or ext. 5183. First Aid during events can be reached by calling ext. 5191. Automatic doors are located at all concourse entrances, VIP, Main and across from Disability parking at Section 217. Wheelchairs (with escorts) are available to transports guests. Contact Guest Services. The passenger elevator is available to transport guests to all levels of the Centre.

The Covelli Centre is an ADA friendly building. It is accessible and comfortable to accommodate your special needs. Automatic doors are located at each entrance to the Covelli Centre. Wheelchairs are available for customers use. They can be picked up at the VIP Entrance. We cannot reserve wheelchairs in advance. If a guest requires a wheelchair, it would be advisable to provide your own as the Covelli Centre cannot guarantee the availability of a wheelchair. Each of the six men's and eight women's restrooms, as well as the 2 unisex/family restrooms on the main concourse are handicap accessible. The suite level has an additional six handicap accessible restrooms. Restroom signs are displayed in Braille. Water fountains throughout the building are wheelchair height accessible. Handicap seating is located in sections 204 and 218. Both sections have ramps and can accommodate a companion. In addition to these areas we provide a row of seating above the main bowl (sections 219-222) row "T" that can be accessed via the elevator located at the VIP Entrance.

Hours: The Covelli Centre Box Office is open Monday through Friday, 10AM - 5PM. During events we will be open normal event operating hours and for "on sale" days, we will be operating the published/pre-scheduled times. For scheduled events/games the box office will be open 3 hours before show/game time. For event on-sales the box office will be open from 10AM to 2PM.

Good to know

The following items will not be permitted into any events: -Laser Pointers -Cameras -Guns -Illegal drugs or contraband -No outside food or beverage unless guest can provide documentation of restricted diet or special diabetic needs -Chains, including wallet-to-belt chains -Studded collars or cuffs -Pens pencils or markers -Knives -Gifts of any kind for players, staff or artists -No backpacks or strollers unless the child is handicapped; purses and diaper bags will be searched Patrons can also expect to be patted down in many occasions before entering the Covelli Centre for events.
