  Will call can be picked up on the day of the show at the Box Office two (2) hours prior to the event. Guests must have a picture ID to receive their tickets.

Parking

Parking at BankPlus Amphitheater is free for everyone unless you opt to purchase a premium parking pass. Multiple parking lots are available surrounding BankPlus Amphitheater, with easy access from both Snowden Lane and Sunset Lane. Accessible parking is available off Getwell Road.

BankPlus Amphitheater is a smoke-free facility. There is a clear bag policy. All clear bags that do not exceed 12 x 6 x 12 are permissible. Small clutch purses, no larger than 4 1/2 x 6 1/2, with or without a handle or strap, can be taken into the venue in addition to the approved clear plastic bags. There is a no re-entry policy. Admission for children varies per event; however, generally, children under two years of age are free if they are sitting on an adult's lap. Children two years of age and older require a ticket unless otherwise specified on the event page.
