John Pizzarelli is a celebrated guitarist and vocalist widely recognized for revitalizing the Great American Songbook and bringing classic jazz to new audiences. He has become one of today's leading interpreters of American standards. As Will Layman of Pop Matters notes, "Pizzarelli's group pops," capturing the energy and charm that define his performances. He will perform selections from his recent album Dear Mr. Bennett, which pays tribute to the legendary Tony Bennett, continuing Pizzarelli's tradition of honoring the great vocalists and songwriters of American jazz.
